Another reason why demand for cheese snacks is increasing enormously is the rapidly growing number of vegetarians and flexitarians. The rest of the world has also discovered cheese snacks. No wonder, warm melted cheese is ever so difficult to resist! That being said, not all cheese snacks are actually vegetarian. But here at Le Duc, we have years of expertise in making cheese snacks and we make them with vegetarian rennet. And they taste absolutely delicious! In other words, you can safely offer them to all your customers. Our latest cheese snack is one we are particularly proud of, which is why we want to tell you more about our Nacho Cheese Bites.
Natural herbs and spices
Our Nacho Cheese Bites are made with firm cheddar, in a crispy jacket. Needless to say, the cheddar is made with vegetarian rennet. What makes our Nacho Cheese Bites so very special is the use of natural herbs and spices. This means the cheese snack does not need any flavorings and we can keep salt and sugar levels low. The Nacho Cheese Bites have a light kick, of course, as you would expect from Mexican cuisine, but they are not too spicy and therefore suitable for a broad target group. The snacks can be prepared in the oven, deep fryer or air fryer and will become nice and crispy in all preparation methods. They only take a few minutes to prepare before you can serve them as a snack with drinks or on a snack board with other bites and dips.
